Position Summary
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues (heating, cooling, airflow)
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Replace components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, etc.
- Communicate findings and repair options with customers
- Complete service documentation and invoices
- Maintain service vehicle and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and EPA regulations
Qualifications
- 3 years HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently
Required Certifications
- EPA Certification
Preferred
- Experience with residential service calls
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
