MOST is an outpatient practice in Potomac, Maryland focused on orthopedic, regenerative, and sports medicine. We utilize a progressive approach to physical therapy with an emphasis on manual therapy, strength/ conditioning, and integration of best-in-class rehabilitation technology (AlterG, Blood Flow Restriction) devices to patient care. Experience in hand and upper extremity therapy is helpful.
In this role, you will deliver expert physiotherapy services to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and those recovering from acute care or inpatient hospital stays. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain through trigger point therapy, and develop personalized care plans that promote recovery and independence. This position offers the flexibility of part-time hours while providing an engaging environment where your skills in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology are truly valued.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop evidence based treatment plans to meet their specific needs.
- Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical records (EMR systems) and maintain comprehensive treatment records.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist with relevant state or regional credentials.
- Proven experience in outpatient clinics, hospital inpatient units, or home health environments.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessment and treatment planning.
- Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and patients recovering from acute or inpatient care.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management
