Metro OMS is seeking a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to step into a lead clinical role at an established, high-performing surgical practice in Dothan, Alabama.

As our senior surgeon transitions toward retirement, you'll inherit a full surgical schedule, loyal tri-state referral network, and $3.1M in annual collections—with the current surgeon staying on to provide continuity and a warm handoff of established referral relationships.

The current surgical book includes high-volume dentoalveolar surgery, IV sedation/anesthesia, implants, bone grafting and surgical consultations, providing immediate production with room to expand higher-value restorative cases.

Metro OMS operates from a stand-alone surgical facility with eight operatories/surgical suites, CBCT and digital imaging.

You'll have the autonomy to lead clinically while Marquee provides centralized marketing, referral development, revenue-cycle management, credentialing, HR and operational support.

What We're Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
• Broad OMS surgical skill set
• Strong patient and referral-partner relationships
• Leadership mindset and desire to take ownership of an established practice

Compensation & Benefits

$1M earning potential through a collections-based compensation model, with modeled earnings reaching approximately $1.1M–$1.4M based on practice volume and performance.
