The Assistant Site Manager role is a unique opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in security management. Key Responsibilities :
Operational Support :
- Assist the Security Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day security
operations, ensuring all procedures and protocols are followed.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and inspections to gain acomprehensive understanding of client needs and expectations.
Support the development and implementation of security strategies tailoredto specific client sites.
Leadership Development :
Engage in leadership training and mentorship provided by the SecuritySite Manager and senior management.
Take on increasing responsibilities over time, including supervising securityteams, managing schedules, and handling client communications.
Develop skills in conflict resolution, team management, and strategicplanning.
Performance Management :
Assist in the evaluation of security personnel performance, providingfeedback and coaching to ensure high standards are maintained.
Learn and apply best practices in performance management, including howto handle disciplinary actions and recognition programs.
Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new securityofficers.
Client Relations :
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a secondary point of contactand ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Learn how to manage client accounts effectively, including addressingconcerns, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with service
agreements.
Gain experience in developing client proposals and reports.Administrative Duties :
Assist with administrative tasks such as report writing, managing Payroll & Scheduling, data analysis, and record-keeping to support operational efficiency.Learn how to manage budgets, invoices, and other financial aspects ofsecurity account management.

Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations, leadership and management.Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Working Conditions :
The position may require occasional travel to various site locations.Must be willing to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends, as needed
