A Manhattan-based company backed by a Fortune 500 corporation with offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey.
We are seeking talented, driven individuals looking to accelerate their income & career by building a book of business in the financial services industry. We are seeking a motivated, licensed Life Insurance Agent with proven experience in client advising, policy design, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has an active life insurance license, a strong track record of meeting or exceeding production goals, and the ability to build lasting client relationships through needs-based selling. This role is designed for advisors who can confidently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to policy placement and ongoing client service. At this time, we are only considering individuals that are currently life and health insurance licensed.
All of the following are provided:
-Aggressive commission structure with bonuses included
-Weekly in office training
-1 on 1 weekly coaching and mentoring
-Technology Package including CRM and additional software including Microsoft suite
-Full office staff including Company Controller and Human Resources Department
-Free leads available, designed to supplement activity if needed.
-Healthcare coverage and additional benefits available
-Intermediate Computer skills are a must
-Monthly training by industry-leading professional consultants
-Average first year income approx. $80k, with many individuals who exceed $100k.
- Top performers earn over $200k.
