Role Description

The Family and Community Partnerships Manager will build and strengthen relationships between schools, families, and community organizations to support student achievement in the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools district. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing partnership strategies, managing ongoing relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing parent and community engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and problem-solving to assess and address community needs.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining Partnerships and Account Management to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage various stakeholders, including parents, educators, and community leaders.
  • Experienced in developing and managing Strategic Partnerships aimed at bolstering student and school success.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and execute community outreach events and initiatives.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills in collaborative environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, social work, public administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience working in education, community engagement, or nonprofit organizations is highly desirable.
