Job Summary: The Project Manager, Design is responsible for overseeing engineering and architectural design, bid evaluation, contract administration, project scheduling, and quality control for capital projects requiring architectural and engineering capability.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversees engineering and architectural design, bid evaluation, contract administration, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Review and be familiar with project plan drawings and specifications.
- Schedules and conducts design progress meetings.
- Coordinates activities with outside agencies to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinates with end-users to ensure required functions of projects are accurate.
- Ensures projects are completed within the stipulated time and allocated budget.
- Reviews requested modifications to facilities.
- Performs periodic site observations and provides findings. Limited travel between MNAA properties.
- Follows all safety regulations.
- Maintains regular and on-time attendance.
- Supports MNAA’s commitment to its culture and values, including Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (RISE).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in related field
- Valid Class D drivers license
- License/Certification: Professional Engineer or American Institute of Architects Member
Preferred:
- 7-10 years of experience in related field
- Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) certified member
