Duties
- Lead all aspects of store operations, including driving sales and hitting KPIs
- Work with ASM to ensure store is scheduled appropriately and achieving goals
- Oversee store execution, inventory management, and operations
- Foster a welcoming environment by providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues promptly.
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups smoothly between customers, sales, and operations
- Utilize strong communication skills to motivate staff and maintain organizational alignment with company goals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal regulations at all times
Skills
- Proven management experience in mattress and/or furniture environment with proven sales results
- Strong leadership qualities and positive mindset
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective time management to handle multiple priorities seamlessly
- Proficiency in retail math, budgeting, sales management, and retail store operations
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, inventory management, and merchandising strategies
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, cashiering, and store bookkeeping
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
Pay: $33,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
