Front Desk / Fire Safety

Applicants applying for this position will be responsible for implementing the monthly fire safety test and inspections as per the fire code. The duties will consist of the following

- Hourly patrols throughout the floors to ensure the hallways are cleared of any obstructions and to verify that there are no signs of anyone smoking in the facility

- Camera surveillance at the front desk

- Removal of trash around the clock

- Emailing shift reports to upper management of the status of the building as well as any issues reported to the front desk

- Ensure the fire safety log books are up to date

- Maintain cleanliness around the building inside and outside

- A F-02 Fire Guard and F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator is required for this position. We are willing to work with your schedule if not certified only until 30 days after your hire date.

- Se requiere un F-02 Fire Guard y un F-80 Fire Safety Coordinator para este puesto. Estamos dispuestos a trabajar con su horario si no está certificado solo hasta 30 días después de su fecha de contratación.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
