1st Shift
$15.00/hour
2nd Shift
$16.00/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift
Monday - Friday
7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
or 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
2nd Shift
Monday – Friday
3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
or 4:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.

Duties for this position include:
- Assemble automotive components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and assembly drawings
- Perform in-process and final inspections to verify proper assembly
- Report any defective parts or machinery issues to team leaders or maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and PPE guidelines
- Support team members and contribute to overall production goals

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (automotive industry preferred)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical work instructions
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and productivity standards in a production setting
- Ability to use basic measurement tools such as calipers or gauges is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods (8–12 hours)
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 35 lbs. regularly
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and tools
- Comfortable working in environments with noise, heat, chemicals, or dust (with proper PPE)
- Capable of wearing respiratory and safety equipment as required
