Qualifications:
- Requires 2 years of automotive sales.
- Excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis.
- Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
- handling online and phone inquiries to sell vehicles by communicating with customers, providing product information, generating leads, and managing online sales processes.
- Be self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excel in creating positive online-to-showroom experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:
- Answering Sales leads by phone, text message, and email
- Setting Appointments to Show and Sell new or pre-owned vehicles.
- Familiarizing Customers' with the Features and Controls on their New Vehicle
- Negotiate Sales: Work with customers to negotiate the sales price, financing, and other details of the transaction.
- Following up with Sold and Unsold leads
- Create a great customer experience to maintain a customer database to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Have in-depth knowledge of our Honda line up, current incentives, and financing options.
- Maintain professional and outgoing attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
