Quality Assurance / Assistant Production Manager
Join our team! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support quality assurance and production operations in our insulation and waterproofing divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect jobsites to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
- Identify and correct quality issues while training installers on proper procedures.
- Communicate daily with the Production Manager.
- Meet with inspectors to address corrections and pass inspections.
- Work with builders and homeowners to diagnose and complete warranty work.
- Ensure OSHA and company safety policies are followed.
- Support and cover Production Managers when needed.
- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience.
- Knowledge of insulation and waterproofing preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
