As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Shredder Maintenance Foreman (Millwright) to join our Salt Lake City team.

What You'll Do:
You'll be the go-to expert for keeping our Shredder in top shape - leading by example while guiding a talented team of 6–7 maintenance professionals.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Installing, modifying, and fine-tuning production equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Repairing motors, drive systems, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and more.
- Performing preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.
- Managing spare parts inventory, initiating orders, and ensuring the right tools are always available.
- Supporting and developing your team - assigning work orders, ensuring quality standards, and promoting safety and efficiency.
- Partnering with management on hiring, training, and scheduling to keep everything running smoothly.
- Encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED (technical training or apprenticeship a plus)
- 5 years of experience as a journeyman-level maintenance mechanic or millwright
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, alignment, and repair techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Skilled with precision tools like torque wrenches, measuring devices, and diagnostic equipment
- Solid math and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license and a commitment to working safely every day
