Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator at METRO GROUNDS MANAGEMENT LLC, located in Olney, MD. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost analyses and estimates for landscaping and grounds maintenance projects. Daily tasks include interpreting design plans, conducting site assessments, analyzing labor and material costs, and preparing proposals. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project needs and determine accurate costs
- Proficiency in estimating software, blueprint reading, and construction or landscaping measurement tools
