We are an established regional flooring company with consistent, year-round volume across Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia.

We have immediate openings for reliable, professional 1099 subcontractors for both residential and commercial installations.

PAY HIGHLIGHT:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Carpet Installers: Stretch-in, glue-down, stairs, and commercial carpet tile.
• Hard Surface Installers:

- Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile (LVP / LVT)

- Laminate Flooring

- Sheet Vinyl / Resilient Flooring

- Hardwood (Nail-down, glue-down, engineered, and floating)

(Single-trade specialists or full-service crews capable of both carpet and hard surfaces are encouraged to apply.)

REQUIREMENTS:

--------------------------------------------------

• Proven experience in flooring installation (Carpet and/or Hard Surface).
• Own reliable work vehicle (van, truck, or enclosed trailer).
• Own full set of professional installation tools for your trade.
• General Liability Insurance (or ability/willingness to obtain prior to start).
• Clean job-site habits, quality craftmanship, and professional conduct.
