Position Summary
The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and organization standards.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Load and unload materials, products, and equipment from trucks or containers
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, yard and storage areas
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory control
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with general labor tasks, including moving materials and staging job supplies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 pounds regularly
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
