Primary Focus:
Provides lead Project and Operations Management services for Construction Business Unit. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of all field personnel. Manages projects as directed by Business Unit Manager.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Project Management
- Responsible for the execution of the assigned projects. This is to include management of materials needed, sub-contractors, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Visit job sites periodically
- Responsible for negotiating change orders to the contract. Generating out-of-contract work and processing change orders with the clients and vendors to ensure that all appropriate documentation is maintained in an acceptable format. Communicates all change orders in writing.
- Manages all job cost reports and updates weekly (at a minimum)
- Maintains accurate project files, with vital information regarding the site/project.
- Attend and contribute at production meetings.
- General office organization and file management
- Oversee pre-construction meetings w/crew chief and estimator.
- Mandatory participation in formal Project Transfer meetings w/estimating.
- Obtains (3) prices of subcontractors or any material over $5,000
- Makes certain all subcontractors over $5,000 have an MES Sub agreement
- Overall profitability of projects managed over the past year.
- Supports Sr. Project Managers
