McCarthy & Associates/Metro DMV Realty is a multi-state real estate brokerage specializing in REO, foreclosure, probate, estate, and residential real estate throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to join our Herndon office and help manage a growing inventory of residential assets and transactions.
This is primarily an operations and management role rather than a sales position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate active listings from assignment through closing
- Enter and maintain MLS listings
- Manage timelines and task completion across multiple asset management platforms
- Coordinate contractors, utilities, inspections, and repairs
- Schedule property access and showing appointments
- Communicate with lenders, asset managers, attorneys, title companies, and vendors
- Track invoices, reimbursements, and documentation
- Assist with occupancy verification and property status updates
- Monitor transaction deadlines and contract compliance
- Maintain accurate records and file management
- Provide occasional field assistance throughout Northern Virginia
Requirements
- Active Virginia Real Estate License
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work from the Herndon office Monday-Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- REO experience
- Transaction coordination experience
- Bright MLS experience
- Experience with Equator, Pyramid, ResNet, Yardi, or similar platforms
- Understanding of foreclosure, probate, and estate transactions

Pay: $27.54 - $33.17 per hour
