Duties
- Catching shirts from the curing oven
- Organizing printed garments, folding and boxing them for pickup/shipping
- Clean squeegees and ready them for press operators
- Press tear down and de-taping screens
- Reclaim screens
- Label and organize orders
- Heat press vinyl and direct to film transfers
- Weeding vinyl
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new skills related to printing
- Basic knowledge of screen printing techniques and equipment operation
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards in print production
