Responsibilities

• Burying fiber service drops using a remote controlled plow
• Hand bore and stick bore under sidewalks and driveways
• Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects
• Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment
• Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers
• Work with support to resolve customer issues
  
  

Experience/Skills/Requirements

• Entry Level
• High school diploma/GED required
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
• Valid driver’s license; good driving record
• Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices
• Willing to work in varying heights, close spaces, and weather conditions
• Excavation or underground construction experience
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge/experience on processes leading up to actual installation process to turn up customers media services.
• Knowledge/experience with installation equipment
• Knowledge/experience with drop plow and/or trencher
• Voice, data, coax: 1 year (Preferred)
  
  

Schedule

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
• Shifts range from Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
