Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely billing and payments
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and billing processes
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding billing inquiries and account status through email and phone calls, including handling requests within the call queue
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or a related role required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
