Marketing Specialist
Metro Commercial Real Estate is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for our busy office. The position will be based in Highland Park, IL and will be responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Designing Property Brochures and Aerial Maps (GIS Mapping)
- Creating consistent and engaging Email Campaigns (MailChimp)
- Assist in the preparation of Marketing Materials/Site Tour Packages
- Assist in development of content for all Social Media channels
- Updating the Company Website and listing services such as LoopNet and CoStar
- Use industry-specific tools to generate data reports & studies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or similar role (recent college grads with internship experience encouraged to apply)
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Graphic Design, GIS/Cartography or Communications
- Must Have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom)
- A keen eye for visualization, layout, and graphic design
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, be proactive, work independently or in a team setting
- Efficiently work under pressure in a dynamic deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience with Esri preferred but not required
- Background in Commercial Real Estate or Residential Real Estate a plus
