We’re hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Family Services Coordinator to join our MetroGuide team at Metro Children’s Services.

What you’ll be doing:
- Answer incoming calls from families and community partners
- Provide clear, helpful information about our programs
- Connect callers to the appropriate department or service
- Help families find outside resources when needed
- Document calls and follow-ups accurately
- Support communication across teams
What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling multiple calls and sensitive situations
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
