Job Description
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless devices, plans, and accessories that best meet their needs. Job Duties
- Engage with both new and existing customers
- Sell wireless phones, service plans, tablets, and accessories
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Actively market products and services to individuals and local businesses
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
Qualifications
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic required
- Previous cell phone or wireless sales experience preferred
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience encouraged
- Strong communication skills and motivation to help customers
- Spanish speaking required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Open to all experience levels (training provided)
