What are the responsibilities and job description for the Metro Sales Representative position at Metro by T-Mobile?
We are locally owned and strive to provide exceptional services to the Joplin area!
As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and customer service. Responsibilities include:
-Providing sales and service support to new and current customers of Metro by T-Mobile
-Greeting customers in a timely and positive manner - creating a positive sales experience for the customer while Identifying the customer's needs and providing information related to Metro by T-Mobile products and services
-Completing all aspects of any sale including the creation of account records to establish service, accepting customer payments and any other sales transactions
-Our representative is a"knowledgeable expert" for customer device troubleshooting and resolving issues at the store level! Bilingual is a plus!
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
