Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Metro by T-Mobile team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, hitting sales goals, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Sell wireless phones, accessories, plans, and promotions
- Explain features, pricing, and promotions clearly and honestly
- Activate devices, process upgrades, and handle payments
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance
- Stay up to date on Metro by T-Mobile products and promotions
- bilingual (English / Spanish) is plus
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
