Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roofing Lead Service Provider located in Clearwater, FL. The Roofing Lead Service Provider will be responsible for overseeing roofing leads from scheduling the first contact, inspecting and diagnosing to finishing the job with our highly trained crews, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include coordinating with clients time to meet, inspecting and diagnosing problem areas of concern, and closing the deal, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction at the end of the job.
Qualifications
- Experience in some type of construction knowledge
- Proficiency in managing and supervising roofing projects
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and building codes
- Ability to coordinate with customers and office staff who are scheduling roofing crews and all facets of assisting to complete clients jobs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
