Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing vulnerability management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
- Integrate security and vulnerability scanning tools with ServiceNow.
- Automate vulnerability workflows and remediation processes.
- Support risk-based vulnerability prioritization and remediation tracking.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow automation.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow VR processes.
- Follow best practices for ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) implementations.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Experience integrating security tools with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation workflows.
- Experience with workflow automation and ServiceNow platform administration.
- Understanding of security operations and risk management concepts.
