Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery for Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing experience, a proven track record leading business analysts, and expertise in Agile delivery environments. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional lead and client-facing point of contact for Salesforce projects.
- Lead discovery workshops and structured requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide and mentor junior Business Analysts and coordinate BA activities across projects.
- Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, APIs, and data migration initiatives.
- Assist with Salesforce configuration and administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and execute test scripts, support UAT activities, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates to clients and leadership.
Required Qualifications
Gov cloud or health cloud experience required
- 8 years of Salesforce delivery experience in Agile environments.
- Proven experience as a client-facing Functional Lead managing or mentoring Business Analysts.
- Strong experience conducting discovery sessions and structured requirements gathering.
- Expertise in creating detailed user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data migration concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting testing activities, including test script creation and UAT coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator or configuration experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Health Cloud Consultant.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related regulated industries.
