Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years of IT experience, including 5–10 years working with distributed technologies.
- 2–3 years of experience with the Naehas Platform.
- 5–10 years of experience in IT architecture, engineering, information security, or related domains.
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying integration products.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in data management and transformation using cloud tools and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations.
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects end-to-end.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
