Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities for assigned products and services.
• Work with multiple vendors and third-party suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
• Create, maintain, and manage Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate with global teams to support procurement requirements and supply chain operations.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Buyer, Procurement, or Purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience working with multiple vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and maintenance.
• Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Mandarin language proficiency (required).
