We are seeking an ATE (Automated Test Equipment) Test Engineer to support ATE systems maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and hardware/software upgrades. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring tester reliability, system performance, and supporting production testing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ATE system repair and troubleshooting activities.
- Execute routine ATE calibration and DC updates.
- Maintain tester spare parts inventory and equipment records.
- Plan and execute ATE system reconfigurations.
- Coordinate with Advantest Field Applications Engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software license issues.
- Manage tester facility requirements and emergency support activities.
- Schedule and coordinate ATE calibration activities.
- Support MATHS/BOB hardware installation and setup.
- Perform power sequence scoping, collection, and verification.
- Upgrade ATE workstations and software systems.
- Ensure tester systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
Required Skills:
- Experience with ATE systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hardware installation and calibration processes.
- Understanding of networking and software upgrade activities.
- Familiarity with tester hardware, facility management, and inventory control.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working with semiconductor testing environments is a plus.
