Airport Operations Technology Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Airport Systems Support Engineer with expertise in supporting and troubleshooting ADB Safegate Airside Systems and Schneider Electric Safety & Security Systems within airport environments. The ideal candidate will have strong incident management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for ADB Safegate Airside Systems and Schneider Electric Safety & Security Systems.
• Lead and participate in incident triage activities during system outages and downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and manage incidents, providing detailed reports and root cause analysis.
• Maintain and update ITMS-related documentation and operational records.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and training materials.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and compliance with operational standards.
• Support knowledge transfer and training activities for operational teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting ADB Safegate Airside Systems.
• Experience working with Schneider Electric Safety & Security Systems in airport terminal environments.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of ITMS (Integrated Traffic Management Systems or relevant airport management systems).
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in airport operations or aviation technology environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in system monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.
