What You’ll Do
We are looking for a full-time, entry-level production employee capable of working efficiently and maintaining high quality standards.
Shift Schedule:
Open to hiring for either shift listed below:
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30-3:00pm EST
- AM Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30am-1 :00pm and Friday 6:30-3:00pm EST
- Overtime opportunities available
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hand and pneumatic tools
- Prep materials for finishing
- Palletize and band materials
- Sort, organize, and count materials by style and color
- Load and unload materials in production areas
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects
- Perform basic repairs on defective items
