Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword and Competitive Research: Identify content opportunities, optimize meta data, and uncover link-building prospects.
- Performance Measurement: Create detailed reports using Google Data Studio, pulling insights from Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- User Testing Concepts: Develop ideas and recommendations to improve user experience.
- Client Collaboration: Join weekly meetings to discuss SEO/CRO strategies and suggest new project ideas.
- Technical Site Monitoring: Identify optimization opportunities and communicate them effectively to clients or development teams.

Qualifications:
- 3 Years of SEO and User Testing Experience
- Phoenix candidate preferred
- Hands-On Expertise: Working knowledge of key tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Hotjar, etc.
- AI and Automation: Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools like ChatGPT for content strategy and automation
- Structured Data Mastery: Knowledge of schema.org structured data, including JSON-LD and rich snippets optimization
- Technical SEO: Understanding of Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and technical site optimization
- Visual and Voice Search Optimization: Experience optimizing for visual search, video SEO, and voice search queries
- E-E-A-T Guidelines: Strong grasp of Google’s E-E-A-T principles and their impact on search visibility
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, clients, and deadlines.
