We are growing and looking for a Millwork Manufacturing Engineer who understands how exceptional millwork comes together from shop drawings to CNC output and wants to play a key role in bringing complex, high-end designs to life.
This is an ideal role for a skilled cabinetmaker or millworker ready to step into a technical position where your craft knowledge directly drives precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the critical link between design, engineering, and production translating custom concepts into clear, precise manufacturing instructions.
- Create detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or 3D software to break down cabinetry and millwork assemblies for part manufacture
- Prepare and document production workflows, cut lists, and installation sequences
- Program 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision components
- Collaborate closely with engineering and shop teams to ensure seamless production
- Help identify smarter, more efficient ways to build complex custom work
- Ensure our uncompromising quality standards are maintained at every step
- Background in cabinetmaking, millwork, or architectural woodworking
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D parametric software (or strong willingness to learn)
- Comfortable working with computers, drawings, and technical details
- CNC experience is a plus, but we will train the right craftsperson
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- Desire to grow into a more technical, engineering-focused role
- Work on high-end, fully custom projects, no repetitive production runs
