Basic Function & Scope of the Role
Lead all production and warehouse operations across the two facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing. Partner with the leadership team to achieve operational goals and KPI targets while maintaining compliance with company policies, GMP, and ISO standards. Drive a culture of continuous improvement focused on increasing productivity, improving yield, and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Leadership
- Direct all day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Convert sales forecasts into effective production schedules and allocate labor and equipment to meet demand.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure all manufacturing KPIs are consistently achieved.
Warehouse & Supply Chain
- Lead warehouse operations by aligning inventory capacity with production requirements and customer demand.
- Oversee the movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods from receipt through shipment.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure materials are available and prevent production interruptions.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure manufacturing operations comply with all GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with Quality teams to investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Maintain an audit-ready facility through strict adherence to sanitation, documentation, and operational procedures.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, improve efficiencies, and increase productivity.
- Identify opportunities to optimize equipment utilization, labor effectiveness, and manufacturing processes.
Safety Leadership
- Promote and reinforce a proactive safety culture throughout both facilities.
- Partner with EHS to identify workplace hazards, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
- MBA and/or APICS/IBF certifications are considered a plus.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated success developing, implementing, and improving operational policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years managing production operations, budgets, scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability, professionalism, and work ethic.
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
