Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, from early preconstruction through final closeout
Manage budgets, timelines, and buyouts, ensuring strict cost and schedule control
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
Coordinate closely with Superintendents to support day-to-day site operations
Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
Prepare and lead OAC meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal progress reviews
Oversee quality control, schedule tracking, project documentation, and risk mitigation
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders
Represent Metric with professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience in commercial or institutional vertical building construction
Proven success managing projects valued between $25M and $80M
Demonstrated experience with ground-up construction and/or complex, multi-phase renovations
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and related construction management tools
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage project scope, budget, schedule, safety, and risk at a senior level
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience also considered)
