A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead their growing team. If you're a seasoned Professional Surveyer and Mapper with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage survey projects from inception to completion
- Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
- Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

🔹 What we're looking for:
- PSM License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date
- 6 years of experience in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
- 1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
- Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferred
