We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale high-rise commercial and mixed-use projects in the Charleston market. This individual will oversee all phases of construction—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle execution for major high-rise builds (planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management).
- Drive internal and external coordination across owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
- Oversee project schedules, financial reporting, and progress tracking to maintain cost and timeline compliance.
- Manage risk, change orders, and contract administration.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to project engineers, assistant PMs, and field teams.
- Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance standards are upheld at all times.
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of commercial construction experience, with a strong track record managing ground-up high-rise projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year builds and large subcontractor teams.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.
