Environmental Practice Leader / Senior Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Practice Leader / Senior Project Manager to support the growth and leadership of an environmental consulting practice along the Texas Gulf Coast. This role combines business development, client management, project delivery, and senior technical leadership across environmental disciplines including air, water, waste, and remediation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow environmental consulting services and regional client relationships
- Manage complex environmental projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Provide senior technical direction and regulatory strategy
- Develop proposals, scopes, and new business opportunities
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise technical staff
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field
- PE or PG license
- 8 years of environmental consulting experience, including leadership responsibility
- Experience with contaminated site investigations, remediation, brownfields, and compliance
