Senior Building Enclosure Consultant

An established building enclosure consultancy in is seeking a senior level seller doer to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of its Dallas practice.
This position is suited to an experienced enclosure consultant who is ready to take on a heavier business development remit while remaining technically credible. The role blends project leadership with active market engagement and revenue generation.
You will work across both new construction and existing buildings, advising clients on façade, roofing, waterproofing and full enclosure systems. At the same time, you will cultivate new client relationships, strengthen existing accounts, and help expand the firm’s regional footprint.
Responsibilities
• Lead enclosure consulting assignments across new and existing assets
• Drive business development efforts within the Dallas market
• Identify and convert new client opportunities
• Maintain and grow key accounts across commercial and institutional sectors
• Oversee condition assessments, peer reviews and remediation strategies
• Manage project delivery, budgets and timelines
• Mentor junior staff and support team growth
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking engagements
Qualifications
• 8 plus years of experience in building enclosure consulting, design or investigation
• Demonstrated success in a seller doer or client facing role
• Strong understanding of façade, roofing and waterproofing systems
• Commercially minded with the ability to generate and sustain revenue
• Confident communicator in both technical and client environments
• PE or Architect registration not required
This role suits a senior consultant who wants greater commercial ownership within a high growth platform. Travel within Texas is expected, typically one to two days per week, including site work where required.
Compensation will align with technical experience and revenue contribution.
