Plumbing Engineer
Position: Full time
Location: Denver, CO
We are seeking a Plumbing Engineer to join our MEP engineering team. This role is ideal for a plumbing engineer who enjoys complex system design, calculations, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will be responsible for engineering plumbing, hydronic, and specialty piping systems.
Projects include higher education, healthcare, mission-critical, municipal utilities, laboratories, and industrial facilities requiring advanced mechanical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary/vent, storm, gas, specialty piping).
- Perform plumbing calculations (pipe sizing, pressure loss, pumps, fixture units).
- Produce coordinated plumbing drawings, risers, and specifications in Revit/AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architecture and other MEP disciplines for integrated system layouts.
- Support construction with submittal reviews, site visits, and field issue resolution.
