Position: New Home Sales Consultant
Location: North & South Atlanta, Georgia (Location depending on what's most convinient)
We’re partnered with a Top National Homebuilder to identify New Home Sales Consultants across both North and South Atlanta. This is a high-earning opportunity with a well-established builder known for strong sales volume and a competitive commission structure—top performers are earning $200-$300K annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide buyers through the full new home sales process from initial interest to closing
- Generate and manage leads through model home traffic and community outreach
- Build relationships with prospective buyers and real estate agents
- Maintain strong knowledge of community features, pricing, and inventory
- Track sales activity and maintain CRM accuracy
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in new home sales or real estate sales
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets
- Ability to work weekends and model home hours
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain) preferred
