They’re now looking for a Mechanical Lead to grow their mechanical capability, working alongside a highly successful team in a business that’s already winning complex, high value projects.

The majority of projects sit within the healthcare sector, alongside this, there’s a growing portfolio of commercial and mixed-use work.
This is not a standard senior position. You’ll be the linchpin of the mechanical division, with the autonomy and support to:
- Build and lead your own team
- Influence strategy and technical direction
- Shape standards, processes and culture
- Work directly with leadership
- Play a key role in long-term business growth
- Develop towards future leadership and potential equity
As Mechanical Lead, you will:
- Take ownership of mechanical design and delivery
- Establish and grow the mechanical team
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Set technical standards and best practice
- Work closely with leadership to drive growth
- Oversee project quality and compliance
- Act as the trusted technical authority

What we’re looking for
- 8-20 years’ experience in mechanical building services
- Healthcare or regulated project experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of codes and compliance
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM
- Leadership or mentoring capability
