Position: Land Acquisition Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio
We’re partnered with a Top National Homebuilder to identify a Land Acquisition Manager for their growing Columbus division. This role will focus on sourcing, underwriting, and securing land deals to support an active and expanding pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure land opportunities (raw and finished lots)
- Perform underwriting, feasibility, and financial analysis
- Negotiate contracts, LOIs, and purchase agreements
- Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers
- Present deals internally and drive approvals through closing
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of land acquisition or related experience
- Strong understanding of the Columbus market and submarkets
- Proven ability to source and close land deals
- Strong financial modeling and negotiation skills
