We’re looking for a Land Acquisition Analyst to support the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land opportunities across Texas. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented real estate professional who excels in market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and supporting strategic land acquisition decisions.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the identification and evaluation of potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze demographic, economic, and real estate trends.
- Assist with financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and investment evaluations for prospective acquisitions.
- Review zoning, entitlements, land use regulations, and development constraints.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts including title, survey, environmental, engineering, and other third-party reports.
- Assist with preparation of acquisition presentations, investment summaries, and internal recommendations.
- Maintain databases and tracking systems for prospective land opportunities.
- Collaborate with acquisition, development, finance, and executive leadership teams.
- Communicate with brokers, consultants, municipalities, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor market activity and identify emerging growth opportunities in target markets.
- Support negotiations and transaction processes from initial evaluation through closing.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, investment analysis, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating real estate opportunities.
- Ability to interpret market data, financial models, and development assumptions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Excel-based financial analysis and real estate underwriting preferred.
- Understanding of land development, zoning, entitlements, and acquisition processes preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Cypress, TX area.
