San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | Onsite
A multi-diciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for a Director of Survey to lead its San Antonio team.
You’ll take ownership of project delivery, team leadership, and client relationships, with a strong pipeline across energy and traditional land development work.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor survey teams (SITs, techs, field crews)
- Review and stamp surveys and calculations
- Manage projects, proposals, and scheduling
- Oversee boundary, ALTA, topo, LiDAR, construction staking, and more
- Drive technology adoption and best practice
What you’ll need:
- RPLS in Texas (OK/LA/AR a plus)
- 5 years in land surveying
- Strong technical leadership experience
- Experience with Autodesk, Trimble, GPS & robotic total stations
