Location: Jacksonville, Florida
We’re partnered with a Top National Homebuilder to identify a Land Acquisition Manager for their Jacksonville division. This is a high-impact role focused on sourcing, underwriting, and securing land deals to support continued growth in one of Florida’s most active markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and secure land opportunities for residential development
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers
- Negotiate purchase agreements, LOIs, and contracts
- Perform financial analysis, underwriting, and feasibility studies
- Work cross-functionally with land development, construction, and senior leadership
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and off-market opportunities
- Present deals internally and drive approvals through closing
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of land acquisition or related experience within homebuilding or land development
- Strong understanding of the Jacksonville market and key submarkets
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing land deals (raw or finished lots)
- Experience with financial modeling and deal underwriting
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
