Superintendent – Concrete / High-Rise Construction
Location: Nashville, TN
A major national concrete contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale concrete and vertical construction projects in the Nashville market. This role is responsible for day-to-day field operations, safety, schedule, and quality execution on complex structural concrete scopes.
Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site field operations for structural concrete and vertical construction
- Manage foremen, craft labor, and subcontractors to meet schedule and production targets
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate daily work plans, sequencing, and logistics with Project Management
- Ensure quality control of formwork, rebar, embeds, pours, and finishes
Qualifications
- 5 years of Superintendent experience on concrete, high-rise, or large commercial projects
- Strong understanding of structural concrete means and methods
- Proven leadership of large crews in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 required
- Ability to drive schedule, safety, and productivity in the field
